DDI Louver Damper Blades

• DDI lover dampers have stressed skin welded airfoil blades, offering minimum flow resistance when open, maximum rigidity, lower thermal distortion, and long life in erosive service.

• DDI welded blades do not warp, have less weight, and less pressure drop than bolted blades.

• Blade edges can be free swinging, overlapped, or have seals installed. The swing through blade is the most reliable and the sealed blades have the least leakage.

• DDI louver dampers are fully welded, designed for long service and low maintenance.

• DDI channel section frame with raised "shear seat" holds the damper square and prevents binding.

• Integral lifting lugs simplify installation.
